Ensure your items are in their original packaging and unused condition; please note that personalized or custom-designed flights and shafts cannot be returned.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the items including all original components and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email inside the parcel.

Ship to Red Dragon

Send your package via a tracked postal service to our Returns Department; we recommend retaining your proof of postage until your refund is processed.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
